1. Go to your network
2. Click on Sign In from the menu
3. Click Login
4. Click on Organizations from the menu
5. Find your organizaiton
6. Click View
7. Click Add a New Connection
8. Required fields are First Name, Last Name and Email.

f the person is not in the database, the entry is added and an email is sent to the person welcoming them to the Neighbor Linkup.
Alternatively, to check to see if a person is already in the database. Once you see the list of people you can press Command-F and put in the person's email address to see if they are present.
